Name: Strawberry Dairy-Free "Ice Cream"

Ingredients

2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup chopped organic strawberries
1 scoop or 1 & 1/2 TBSP Vital Proteins Collagen Powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 TBSP honey
Dash of fine sea salt
Top with chopped strawberries or blueberries

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until you have a nice smooth consistency.
At this point you can serve as a soft serve ice cream and store any leftovers in the freezer.
If you want the nice scoops that you see in the photo you will need to smooth the "ice cream" into a flat container and freeze for 2-4 hours. I used a rectangular glass container for mine.
Once frozen, scoop out into small bowls and top with your favorite topping!
