You will go home with some do-able recipes for tasty Banana Nut Muffins, Homemade Waffles, a versatile Grain-Free Bread that’s perfect for toasting and sandwiches, and finally, a ‘healthified’ Cinnamon Coffee Cake. Yum. Plus, you’ll get to help me prepare some of these baked goodies, too.
