If you suffer from Ulcerative Colitis, Chron’s, or IBD, have you been told that what you eat doesn’t affect your disease? Have you wondered like I did how that could be true? If you would like to explore alternative ways of healing, come hear my story of recovery and remission. I am in remission from severe ulcerative colitis by eliminating foods that I couldn’t digest. I will also have some samples of almond flour baked goods and healthy snacks.
