About Jackie

I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and I also have my Health Coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I have studied nutrition and wellness for 16 years and am a self taught chef. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, my job is to guide clients towards their best health by eating real, non-processed foods. I have a personal journey with severe digestive disease and recovery with proper nutrition and exercise. I provide support to clients by educating them and supporting them as they learn to make nutrition and lifestyle changes. My passion for health comes from my own personal experiences with western medicine and the knowledge I gained. After being told time and again that food had nothing to do with my disease, I found that not to be the case. I truly believe that our bodies are pretty incredible at healing themselves if we are eating healing, nutritious foods. I have a variety of clients and can support clients who have digestive dysfunction, weight issues, low energy, skin issues.
