Strawberry Dairy-Free “Ice Cream”


  • 1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until you have a nice smooth consistency.
  • 2. At this point you can serve as a soft serve ice cream and store any leftovers in the freezer.
  • 3. If you want the nice scoops that you see in the photo you will need to smooth the "ice cream" into a flat container and freeze for 2-4 hours. I used a rectangular glass container for mine.
  • 4. Once frozen, scoop out into small bowls and top with your favorite topping!
