I will be hosting classes at Turning Point on how to manage IBD, Crohns and Ulcerative Colitis during the holiday season. This class will give you some quick easy recipes for holiday snacks that are easy on the digestive system. Along with this, some tips on managing your disease during a busy time of year.
These programs are offered at no cost and are open to people living with a serious or chronic physical illness and to their supporters.
