Anti-Inflammatory Watermelon Smoothie

All the ingredients in this smoothie are anti-inflammatory and loaded with nutrients so cool down with something healthy!

I used my Vitamix blender to make this, but watermelon blends easily so any blender should work. If you decide you want smoothies to be a part of your daily diet, I would highly recommend investing in a Vitamix or a more powerful blender.  Less expensive blender options are a Bullet or Ninja.

  • 1. Put cubed watermelon in blender and blend well
  • 2. Add frozen pineapple, raspberries, and basil and blend until smooth
  • 3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
