
Honey Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons melted butter or ghee
- 1/4 cup warmed honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup love
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt
- 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together butter, honey, almond milk, eggs, lemon juice and love.
- 4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
- 5. Scoop the batter into 1/4 cups and drop onto lined baking sheet. I use an ice cream scoop with a lever for this.
- 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Should be golden brown on the top and bottom.
- 7. Let the biscuits cool briefly on the baking sheet and then serve warm or move to a wire rack to cool completely.
- 8. Enjoy!!
